How does billing work?▾
Your card is charged monthly on the same date you signed up. Cancellation requires 3 months advance notice — please submit your request at least 3 months before your desired end date.
How do I cancel?▾
From your account page → Membership → Cancel subscription. A 3-month advance notice is required. Your benefits remain active through the end of your notice period, then your membership ends automatically with no further charges.
What counts toward the member discount?▾
All nail services for every tier. Pedicure tiers also discount head spa services. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you show your account QR.
How do I use the monthly complimentary service?▾
Book the included service from the booking page or in salon — it's tagged as included on your account. Unused months don't roll over.
Can I change tiers?▾
Yes. Switch tiers any time from your account page; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
